Founded in 2006, we are a law firm specializing in family law and personal injury matters.  We are based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Over time we have adapted and embraced technology to meet the needs of our Clients. We know life is busy and we know it can sometimes be difficult to visit our offices in the middle of your day.  Whilst we prefer to meet with you in person, we can adapt to your needs and meet online, over the phone or via video conference.

We strive to have a continuous relationship with each of our Clients and our goal is to resolve matters quickly and efficiently.

Clynette completed her LL. B degree at the University of South Africa whilst working as a senior litigation secretary. Whilst working full-time and studying part-time under the guidance and mentorship of a seasoned litigator, she acquired a thorough understanding of the litigation process in the High Court as well as in the Regional– and Magistrate’s Courts, especially the area of personal injury law (Road Accident Fund-matters) and Family Law (Divorces and Maintenance-matters).

She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with Right of Appearance in the High Court and a member of the Western Cape Legal Practice Council. She has a passion for the law, have a client-centric approach and strive for fairness and reasonableness.  She enjoys working with people and making a difference in their lives.

Clynette is also a part-time lecturer at a private institution of higher learning for prospective law students and, since 2020, an Examiner at the Legal Practic Council.  The part-time lecturing and her role as examiner keep her abreast of the latest legal news and developments.

We know legal costs can escalate in the blink of an eye, and we will always try to keep your legal costs as affordable and as reasonable as possible.

At the first consultation the fee structure of our firm will be discussed, explained and agreed to.

In claims for personal injuries against the Road Accident Fund, we enter into a Contingency Fee Agreement also known as the ‘No-Win-No-Fee’-Agreement.
